## Upload and organise

Get the event in and keep it tidy.

- **Upload from your browser.** Photos and videos, straight into the event. iPhone HEIC photos are accepted.
- **Albums and folders.** Create albums, move photos between them, select in bulk and archive.
- **Choose upload quality.** Good, Better or Best, depending on what your plan allows.
- **Location removed on upload.** GPS location is stripped from JPEG photos before they are stored.
- **Download as ZIP.** Download any selection, or a whole event, as ZIP files.
- **See your storage.** A storage page shows exactly what counts against your plan.

## Deliver to guests

One link. Each guest gets their own photos.

- **Invite link and QR code.** Share on WhatsApp, print the QR, or send it any way you like.
- **Event privacy.** Public, private, private with a passcode, or invite only.
- **Find photos by selfie.** Guests agree, blink once at the camera, and see the photos they are in.
- **Guest list.** Add guests by mobile number or CSV, and send invites by SMS or email.
- **Event admins.** Give the couple or the host admin rights over their own event.
- **Download control.** Turn downloads off for an event and the original photo files are withheld.
- **Moments.** A shared album where hosts, and guests if you allow it, add their own phone photos and videos.

## Your brand, everywhere

Every guest who opens a gallery sees your studio.

- **Studio branding.** Your name, logo and contact details on invites and galleries.
- **Event page designs.** Four designs: Classic, Elegant, Noir and Festive.
- **Event artwork.** An icon and banners for desktop and mobile, with a focal point you set.
- **Watermarks.** Up to five logo or text marks per event, with position, size and opacity. Applied to photos.
- **Portfolio page.** A public portfolio with featured galleries and five themes. Off until you publish it.

## Make more of every event

Find the right photos faster and give clients something to keep.

- **People, grouped.** Faces across the event are grouped automatically. Combine groups that are the same person.
- **Names and relations.** Name people and tag who they are, like the bride’s family or friends, then filter by it.
- **Filter by photo type.** Solo, couple, group or no people.
- **Share-ready filter.** In one person’s photos, show the frames where their face came out clear.
- **Favourites.** An event admin hearts photos into a favourites album the studio can see.
- **Flipbooks.** Turn an album into a page-turning flipbook with music, shared as a link.

## Run the studio

Share the work without sharing the keys.

- **Team members and roles.** Invite your team by email or phone and choose what each role can do.
- **Activity log.** See who changed what, and when.
- **Auto-delete date.** Set an end date for an event, with reminders before it is deleted.
- **In-app notifications.** Know when guests join, when photos arrive, and when an event is about to expire.
- **Help and support.** Raise a support ticket from inside the panel.
